Reputation and rigorous decision-making
RSBQ reviews sanctions, credible complaints, licensing issues, disclosed litigation and the company’s response. A poor reputation supported by serious or repeated facts may lead to refusal; one isolated comment does not automatically determine the outcome.

The credential lists validated activities. A company may be accredited for investigation or decontamination without being validated for another specialized activity.
