Nine cumulative annexes
Each annex adds controls for a use. A mixed-use property may need several annexes for the same shared systems.

The strictest applicable rule at interfaces
Transfer paths, shared HVAC, water networks, garages, loading docks and common work are evaluated under the most protective applicable annex.
