RSBQ · Transparent assignment

How are requests assigned?

RSBQ does not favour or recommend any particular company. No company can buy a better position or pay to receive a request before another.

RSBQ · 08

Eight objective criteria, in a controlled order.

Each criterion narrows the eligible company group. Fair rotation is applied only after category, status, territory and capacity checks.

  1. 01

    Category

The active scope must cover the stated problem and requested service.

  2. 02

    Specialty

The company file must demonstrate mandate-specific competence.

  3. 03

    Service area

The declared territory must include the request’s city and postal code.

  4. 04

    Availability

The company must confirm it can make contact and assess the mandate.

  5. 05

    Urgency

Urgent situations are ordered by declared risk without replacing emergency services.

  6. 06

    Capacity

Building type, scale and required resources must match the company’s declared capacity.

  7. 07

    Active status

A request is never shared with a suspended, expired or revoked company.

  8. 08

    Fair rotation

Among equally eligible companies, rotation limits concentration of requests.

RSBQ · Neutrality

No hidden commercial advantage.

The service is entirely free to the public. Request information is never sold.

No paid placement

A company cannot pay to appear first, receive better ranking or be presented as superior.

No individual recommendation

RSBQ establishes eligibility and scope matching; the requester remains free to seek multiple estimates.

No more than three recipients

Necessary information is shared only with eligible companies selected for the request.

Traceability

Category, region, urgency, status and rotation criteria used are recorded with the request.

What accreditation means — and does not mean

Active accreditation indicates that the published scope was assessed against applicable RSBQ controls. It does not guarantee project outcome, price, timing or the absence of disputes. Verify the number, scope, required external licences, insurance and contract before awarding work.
